On-Snow sessions

The Friends of Berthoud Pass On-Snow Sessions are 1-day avalanche awareness field sessions held on one weekend a year on Berthoud Pass.

The FOBP On-Snow attendees are grouped with our team of volunteer field instructors as we demonstrate introductory level safety techniques, collect observations, and get hands on time with beacons, shovels, and probes.

These sessions, like all of our classes, are completely free of charge.
